If you are lucky enough to have a job that you truly love, it's easy to be really passionate about what you do and have fun with it once in a while. At Redfield Associates, we do love our work, we are passionate about what we do, and we do have fun.
While we can't say that this is completely objective information, we found it to be amazingly accurate. Here are the results of a recent online personality questionaire completed by our president and founder, Terry Redfield:

Here's a picture of Terry having fun. Although we have professional photographers on staff, Terry also likes to "point and shoot" once in a while. Apparently everyone was off having fun somewhere else, because Terry had to shoot this photograph himself in a mirror!
